Dr. Tom is committed to providing comprehensive eye care to the people of Danville and prides himself on continuing to enhance his medical skills through education and training.

Graduating with honors in 1989, Dr. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Berkeley. He continued his education at the UC Berkeley School of Optometry, graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Optics, and again in 1994 with a Doctorate in Optometry.

Dr. Tom has been fortunate to train with several great ophthalmologists from across the country, completing externships at the prestigious Atlanta Eye Surgery Center and California Pacific Medical Center. He finds great joy in helping patients achieve their best possible vision, with particular interests in corneal disease and specialty contact lens fittings, diagnosing and treating glaucoma, dry eye therapy, and has extensive experience with computer vision eye care and ergonomics.

When you visit Dr. Tom, he’ll be happy to chat with you about sports—particularly basketball and golf! He is a certified USA basketball coach, coaching for both Nike and Under Armour, and a certified First Tee golf coach.

Outside of work, you can find Dr. Tom driving and restoring classic Japanese sports cars such as the Datsun 240z.

Tammi has been working in the eye care industry since 1984 and is a dedicated member of the team at Danville Optometric Group. In 1994, Tammi graduated from the Opticianry Program at Bryman College. 

Tammi loves chatting with and getting to know our patients, but her absolute favorite part of her job is styling patients in frames from our beautiful selection of eyewear. It brings her joy when a patient can look in the mirror and smile because they love their new frames.

When she’s not working, you can find Tammi spending time with her family.

When you visit Danville Optometric Group, Stacey is one of the first smiles you’ll see! She’s always eager to help our patients and enjoys getting to know everyone. Stacey has been an integral part of our team since the beginning of 2021. 

Outside of work, you can find Stacey spending time with her Yorkie and her family. She especially enjoys the time she gets to spend with her niece and nephew.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Nguyen, born and raised in San Francisco. I have always had a flare and love for fashion and all that it entails. I have over 10 years of experience in the optical field and my favorite thing about what I do is helping patients. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, then I’m here to frame that beauty. An amazing pair of glasses can add such pazazz to any outfit or look you want to achieve. I want to bring to each patient an amazing first-class experience. My goal is to help you feel good about what you wear. So, let’s work together.

When I’m not busy at work and since life is too short to be serious all the time. I enjoy spreading good vibes and many laughs to my friends over any meal. I love to be with my dogs Skywalker and Loki. I love mini getaways with my love and trying new things. Riding into the sunset and waking up ready for the world. Live Life to its fullest and let’s have some fun!!
